Web app for logging beer pong games and viewing ratings and other game statistics.
Use the dashboard to add the two teams and pick the winner. Teams can be arbitrary (1v1, 2v2, 3v1, etc.). If someone is new, their name can be submitted and reviewed as a pending player. If there is a mistake in a game entry, tell an admin.
Ratings are based on the Glicko/Glicko-2 rating systems, similar to chess Elo, but with uncertainty included in each player's rating. Every active game is replayed from the ledger; reported or voided games are excluded. For team games, the app compares teams by average player rating. Each player receives a weighted result based on team size, so a 2v2 counts as half of that team result for each player, while 1v3 and 2v3 games scale by the size of each side. Opponent uncertainty uses pooled team RD. Rating deviation (RD) is the uncertainty number: lower RD means the rating is more settled. In the roster, RD is color-coded: green is stable/reliable (RD <= 100), gold is uncertain (RD 101-200), and red is provisional (RD > 200).
Recent Games focuses on the current night only, using a 10:00 Oslo reset so late games stay grouped with the same session.
Rules explanations define the rule sets and tags used when logging games. These details are metadata only and do not affect ratings yet.
Open rules explanationThe imported history and roster are still being cleaned. Admin tools can fix games, merge duplicate players, add aliases, and activate the players who should appear publicly.
